Are you an outgoing, energetic, and charismatic individual looking to be the life of the party? Corralejo Nightlife Adventures is seeking enthusiastic Pub Crawl Leaders and Event Promoters to join our vibrant team. This role is perfect for someone who loves meeting new people, enjoys a lively atmosphere, and has a knack for promoting exciting events. You’ll be responsible for leading groups through Corralejo’s best bars and clubs, ensuring everyone has a safe and enjoyable night, and promoting our upcoming events to potential guests. This is a commission-based role with cash payments, offering uncapped earning potential for motivated individuals.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Lead nightly pub crawls, ensuring a fun and engaging experience for all participants.
• Promote upcoming events and sell tickets or spots to potential guests at key locations.
• Build rapport with tourists and locals, encouraging participation in our events.
• Manage guest check-ins and payments accurately, handling cash transactions.
• Maintain a positive and energetic atmosphere throughout the events.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all pub crawl participants.
• Provide guests with information about Corralejo's nightlife scene and local attractions.
• Collaborate with venue partners to ensure smooth event execution.
• Handle any minor issues or complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
