Salesforce is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Remote Email Marketer specializing in CRM Marketing. This is a 100% remote position. You will be instrumental in developing, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, retention, and loyalty. Leveraging our powerful CRM platform, you will craft personalized and segmented email journeys that deliver the right message to the right customer at the right time. This role requires a blend of creative thinking, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of email best practices and CRM strategies.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Develop and implement comprehensive email marketing strategies to support various business objectives, including lead nurturing, customer onboarding, retention, and promotional campaigns.
• Design, build, and deploy engaging email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar CRM/ESP).
• Segment customer databases to create highly targeted and personalized email experiences.
• Conduct A/B testing on email elements (subject lines, copy, CTAs, send times) to continuously improve performance metrics.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on email campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and compelling messaging across all email communications.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM).
• Manage email calendar and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in email and CRM marketing.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proven experience in email marketing and CRM strategy.
• Strong proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Pardot, Braze).
• Solid understanding of email deliverability, list management, and segmentation.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions.
• Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies.
• Experience with HTML/CSS for email template customization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
