We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our establishment in the beautiful coastal town of L’Escala. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, with a particular focus on catering to our discerning expat clientele. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service to an international audience.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage, train, and motivate a diverse team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain expat clientele, enhancing their dining experience.
• Monitor financial performance, control costs, and drive revenue growth.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively and professionally.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team on menu development, special events, and promotions.
• Maintain inventory levels, manage supplier relationships, and ensure quality control.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume establishment (minimum 3 years).
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages (e.g., French, German) are a strong asset.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent understanding of restaurant operations, including P&L management.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service to a diverse clientele.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
