We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Rye Harvest Workers for the upcoming season in Begur, Catalonia. As an Agricultural Support team member, you will assist with various tasks crucial to a successful rye harvest, ensuring efficiency and quality. No prior experience is strictly necessary as training will be provided, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Assist with the manual harvesting of rye crops, following supervisors' instructions.
• Operate and maintain basic farm equipment and tools under supervision.
• Sort, clean, and prepare harvested rye for storage and transport.
• Perform general field maintenance tasks, including clearing debris and preparing land.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and agricultural best practices.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily harvest targets.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisory staff.

• Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting and bending, in various weather conditions.
