We are seeking an experienced and passionate Scrum Master / Agile Coach to join our international tech team based in Altea, Alicante. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in fostering agile principles and practices across multiple cross-functional teams, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement in our software development lifecycle. You will coach and guide teams, product owners, and stakeholders towards greater agility, transparency, and collaboration, ultimately contributing to the successful delivery of innovative technological solutions for our global clients. Responsabilidades Clave
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective).
- Coach development teams in self-organization and cross-functionality.
- Help the Product Owner in their efforts to manage the Product Backlog.
- Remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove them.
- Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or judgment, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving.
- Facilitate getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.
- Support and educate the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
- Provide support to the team using a servant leadership style and leading by example.
- Guide and coach the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values.
- Assess the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity.
Habilidades Requeridas
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban frameworks, and other Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to coach and mentor individuals and teams.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for international team collaboration.
- Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello).
Cualificaciones Preferidas
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II), or other relevant Agile certifications.
- Experience with scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, DaD).
- Background in software development or technical project management.
- Experience working with international and distributed teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
