Are you looking to kickstart your career in manufacturing? Camper is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Shoe Factory Helpers. No prior experience is required – we believe in nurturing talent and providing comprehensive on-the-job training. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals to learn the fundamentals of shoe production, work with skilled artisans, and contribute to the creation of high-quality footwear. You will be an integral part of our production line, assisting in various stages of the manufacturing process and ensuring our shoes meet Camper’s renowned standards.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Assist skilled shoemakers and production staff in various tasks on the assembly line.
• Perform basic manual tasks such as material preparation, cutting assistance, and component handling.
• Operate simple machinery and tools under supervision.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Inspect products for quality defects and report issues to supervisors.
• Package finished products for shipment.
• Help load and unload materials and supplies.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.
