We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Site Engineer to join our dynamic team in Poblenou, Barcelona. This crucial role involves overseeing construction projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality specifications, and project timelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and demonstrate excellent communication skills in English, as collaboration with international teams and documentation in English will be frequent. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, coordinating with contractors, and resolving technical challenges to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Manage and supervise construction projects, ensuring compliance with designs, specifications, and regulations.
• Monitor project progress, budget, and quality, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications, providing guidance to site teams.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety protocols are followed and work quality is maintained.
• Identify and resolve technical problems and design issues that arise during construction.
• Prepare and maintain detailed site records, reports, and documentation, often in English.
• Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment.
• Implement and enforce site health, safety, and environmental policies.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer in the construction industry.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software and CAD tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Valid driving license and ability to travel to various site locations.
