We are seeking enthusiastic and highly skilled Ski Instructors and Snowboard Guides to join our team for the upcoming winter season. As a vital part of our snow sports school, you will be responsible for teaching and guiding guests of all ages and skill levels, ensuring their safety, enjoyment, and skill progression on the slopes. This role requires a deep passion for snow sports, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service in a stunning alpine environment.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Provide high-quality ski or snowboard instruction and guiding services to individuals and groups.
• Assess student abilities and tailor lessons to meet individual learning needs and goals.
• Ensure the safety of all participants at all times, adhering to all resort and instructional guidelines.
• Effectively communicate safety procedures, rules of the mountain, and equipment usage.
• Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment, promoting skill development and enjoyment.
• Maintain professional conduct and appearance, representing the company with excellence.
• Assist with rental equipment fitting and general guest inquiries when required.
• Participate in regular training and professional development sessions.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Internationally recognized ski or snowboard instructor certification (e.g., Swiss Snowsports, CSIA, PSIA, BASI, NZSIA, etc.)
• Minimum of 2 years of professional instructing or guiding experience.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a diverse clientele.
• Excellent knowledge of ski/snowboard techniques, safety protocols, and mountain conditions.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Legally eligible to work in Switzerland.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Proficiency in additional languages such as German or French.
• Advanced instructor certifications or specialized coaching qualifications.
• Experience working in a large international ski resort.
• Knowledge of the local Engelberg-Titlis ski area.
