We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Social Media Strategist to join our dynamic team in London, focusing on an international brand portfolio. This pivotal role requires a creative thinker with a deep understanding of global social media trends, platform algorithms, and audience engagement strategies. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing social media strategies that elevate brand presence, drive engagement, and achieve measurable business objectives across various international markets. Responsabilidades Clave

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall brand objectives for international markets.
• Manage and optimize social media content calendars, ensuring cultural relevance and brand consistency across all platforms.
• Conduct thorough research on market trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Analyze social media performance data, generate insightful reports, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with creative, PR, and media teams to ensure integrated campaign execution.
• Oversee community management, engagement, and crisis communication strategies where necessary.
• Stay abreast of emerging social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
• Manage paid social media campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance monitoring.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role, preferably within an agency or for an international brand.
• In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube).
• Strong understanding of social media analytics tools and reporting (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop creative and effective social media campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Fluency in English.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
