We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Stagehands / Event Riggers to join our team in Sagunto, Valencia. This role is crucial for the successful setup, operation, and teardown of a variety of live events, including concerts, corporate functions, and theatrical productions. You will work as part of a highly skilled team, primarily focusing on the safe and efficient installation and dismantling of lighting, audio, video, and scenic elements. While technical experience is a plus, a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to safety are paramount. No Spanish language skills are required for this position, as our core operational communications are in English, and we welcome international talent.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Assist with the safe loading and unloading of event equipment and materials.
• Participate in the setup and strike of staging, lighting trusses, audio systems, video screens, and other production elements.
• Work safely at height, including operating aerial work platforms (AWPs) and following rigging best practices under supervision.
• Run and manage cables for power, audio, video, and data signals.
• Perform basic maintenance and repairs on equipment as needed.
• Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and industry standards.
• Collaborate effectively with production managers, technicians, and other crew members.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Travel to various event locations as required, primarily within the Valencia region.
• Be prepared for irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on event schedules.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in events or construction.
• Basic understanding of hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
• Strong commitment to safety procedures and practices.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Previous experience as a stagehand, rigger, or general event crew member.
• Knowledge of basic rigging principles and equipment (e.g., chain hoists, shackles, slings).
• Experience operating forklifts, scissor lifts, or boom lifts (certification a plus).
• Familiarity with lighting, audio, or video equipment.
• Valid driver's license.
