Are you passionate about international education and helping students achieve their academic dreams? IDP Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Study Abroad Advisor to join our team in Javea. In this role, you will provide comprehensive advice and support to students interested in exchange programs, guiding them through the entire application process, from initial inquiry to program enrollment. You will be responsible for promoting various exchange opportunities, conducting information sessions, and maintaining strong relationships with partner institutions. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on students’ lives by facilitating their international study experiences.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Provide expert guidance to students on available study abroad exchange programs, universities, and destinations.
• Assist students with program selection, application submissions, and documentation requirements.
• Conduct information sessions, workshops, and one-on-one advising appointments.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of exchange program policies, visa regulations, and international education trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partner universities and educational institutions.
• Participate in recruitment events, education fairs, and promotional activities.
• Ensure timely follow-up with student inquiries and maintain accurate student records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance student experience and program offerings.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish (B2 level or higher).
• Demonstrated ability to advise and counsel students effectively.
• Familiarity with various international education systems and exchange programs.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Bachelor's degree in Education, International Relations, Counseling, or a related field.
• Previous experience studying, working, or living abroad.
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
• Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
