Are you passionate about working with young people and creating memorable experiences? EF Education First is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Summer Camp Counselors to join our team in Fuengirola, Spain. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in youth leadership, education, and cultural exchange, all while enjoying the beautiful Spanish coast. You will be responsible for supervising students aged 10-17, organizing engaging activities, and ensuring a safe and positive environment throughout their stay. Accommodation and meals are provided as part of this exciting seasonal role.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Lead and supervise groups of international students (ages 10-17) during daily activities, excursions, and free time.
• Organize and facilitate a variety of recreational, cultural, and educational activities.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all students at all times, adhering to EF's safeguarding policies.
• Act as a positive role model and mentor, promoting a supportive and inclusive camp atmosphere.
• Assist with student arrivals, departures, and general pastoral care.
• Communicate effectively with camp management and fellow staff members.
• Handle minor disciplinary issues and conflict resolution with guidance from senior staff.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a diverse team.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for working with young people.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Previous experience in summer camps, youth leadership, teaching, or childcare.
• Basic first aid certification.
• Knowledge of Spanish language and culture.
• Experience living or working abroad.
