We are seeking a dedicated VIP Concierge / Guest Relations professional fluent in English to join our esteemed team at a Barceló Hotel Group luxury property in Calpe. This pivotal role is responsible for creating exceptional and personalized experiences for our most discerning guests, ensuring their stay is flawless from arrival to departure. You will be the primary point of contact for VIPs, anticipating their needs, fulfilling unique requests, and maintaining the highest standards of discretion and professionalism. Responsabilidades Clave

  • Provide personalized and proactive service to all VIP guests, anticipating their needs and preferences.
  • Handle all guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with the utmost professionalism, efficiency, and discretion.
  • Coordinate and confirm reservations for dining, excursions, transportation, and other special services.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to offer informed recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with various departments (Front Desk, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage) to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Manage guest profiles and preferences to ensure a highly customized and memorable stay.
  • Handle confidential guest information with the highest level of privacy and security.
  • Assist guests with check-in/check-out processes and provide an elegant farewell.

Habilidades Requeridas

  • Exceptional fluency in English (both written and verbal).
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role within the hospitality or service industry.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Extensive knowledge of Calpe and surrounding areas, including local attractions, restaurants, and services.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

  • Additional language proficiency (e.g., Spanish, German, French).
  • Previous experience specifically as a Concierge or Guest Relations in a luxury hotel/resort environment.
  • A degree or certification in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
