We are seeking an exceptional and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Operations Executive to lead and optimize our operational functions in Málaga. This pivotal role will be responsible for driving operational excellence, efficiency, and scalability across all business units. The COO will report directly to the CEO and will be instrumental in shaping the company’s operational strategy, ensuring flawless execution, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Responsabilidades Clave

• Develop and implement strategic operational plans that align with the company's overall business objectives and drive sustainable growth.
• Oversee day-to-day administrative and operational functions, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement new technologies and processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage key vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize cost-effectiveness and service delivery.
• Monitor operational performance using key metrics and dashboards, providing regular reports and strategic recommendations to the executive team.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, legal requirements, and internal standards.
• Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery through operational enhancements.
• Manage operational budgets, optimize resource allocation, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Oversee risk management strategies related to operations, ensuring business continuity and resilience.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in operations leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a senior executive position (e.g., VP of Operations, COO).
• Demonstrated success in leading complex operational transformations and scaling businesses.
• Proven ability to develop and execute operational strategies that drive efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing large operational budgets.
• Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of inspiring and developing high-performing teams.
• Expertise in process optimization, lean methodologies, and quality management systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and using metrics to drive operational decision-making.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
• Experience in the consulting, technology, or professional services industry.
• Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
• Experience working in a global or multinational corporate environment.
