We are seeking passionate and dedicated Remote English Teachers to join our global team. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to teach English from anywhere within Spain. As an English Teacher with EF Education First, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective online English lessons to a diverse range of students, from young learners to adults. You will foster a dynamic learning environment, tailor your teaching methods to individual student needs, and contribute to their overall language proficiency development. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of English grammar and phonetics, and a genuine enthusiasm for cross-cultural education.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Deliver high-quality, engaging, and interactive online English lessons to students of various age groups and proficiency levels.
• Prepare lesson plans and instructional materials that align with EF's curriculum and learning objectives.
• Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their language development.
• Maintain a positive and supportive virtual classroom environment, encouraging student participation and confidence.
• Communicate effectively with students and their parents (if applicable) regarding progress and any concerns.
• Stay current with best practices in online language teaching and ESL methodologies.
• Participate in professional development opportunities and team meetings as required.
• Manage your teaching schedule efficiently and ensure punctuality for all scheduled lessons.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Native-level English proficiency (C2 level or equivalent).
• Excellent command of English grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage students in an online setting.
• Proficiency with online teaching platforms and virtual classroom tools.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet teaching environment.
• Demonstrated passion for teaching and cross-cultural communication.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
• TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent certification.
• Experience teaching English as a second language, especially in an online or remote capacity.
• Experience teaching diverse age groups (children, teenagers, adults).
• Familiarity with EF Education First's curriculum or similar language programs.
