Descripción del Trabajo
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Avionics Technician to join our team in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the inspection, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of complex aircraft avionics systems. This includes navigational, communication, flight control, and instrument systems, ensuring all operations comply with stringent aviation regulations and company standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, an unwavering commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic aerospace environment.
Responsabilidades Clave
- Perform comprehensive inspections, troubleshooting, and repair of aircraft avionics systems.
- Install, test, and maintain navigational, communication, flight control, and instrument systems.
- Read and interpret aircraft wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Complete all necessary documentation, including maintenance logs and reports, accurately and on time.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, FAA/EASA regulations, and company maintenance procedures.
- Collaborate with engineering and other maintenance teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Participate in continuous training and professional development to stay current with industry advancements.
Habilidades Requeridas
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing complex avionics systems.
- Strong understanding of aircraft electrical and electronic principles.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Valid EASA Part-66 B2 license or equivalent certification.
- Experience with various test equipment and specialized tools.
- High attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Fluent in English (for technical documentation).
Cualificaciones Preferidas
- Associate's degree or higher in Aviation Electronics, Aerospace Technology, or related field.
- Specific type ratings on commercial aircraft (e.g., Airbus A320, Boeing 737).
- Proficiency in Spanish.
- Experience with advanced diagnostic software.
- Prior experience in a Part 145 MRO environment.
