Are you a passionate gamer with excellent communication skills and a desire to help others? Concentrix + Webhelp is seeking enthusiastic Gaming Support Agents to join our dynamic team in Cáceres. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for players, providing top-notch support for various gaming titles across multiple platforms. This is a shift-based role, requiring flexibility to cover evenings, weekends, and public holidays to ensure our global gaming community receives continuous, high-quality assistance. Responsabilidades Clave
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to gamers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of player issues, including account management, technical difficulties, in-game bugs, and billing inquiries.
- Accurately document all interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Stay up-to-date with new game releases, patches, and platform updates to provide informed support.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and meet performance targets.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security guidelines.
Habilidades Requeridas
- Strong passion for video games across various genres and platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, concise solutions.
