We are seeking a diligent and efficient Paint Can Lid Operator to join our fast-paced manufacturing team in Salamanca. This critical role involves operating machinery to securely attach lids to paint cans, ensuring product integrity and efficient production flow. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, possess excellent attention to detail, and be committed to maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This is an on-site position requiring manual dexterity and the ability to work effectively within a production line.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Operate and monitor automated lid-sealing machinery to ensure correct and secure attachment of lids to paint cans.
• Perform quality checks on sealed cans to identify and address any defects or inconsistencies.
• Load and replenish lid supplies into machinery, ensuring continuous operation.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, contributing to overall plant cleanliness and efficiency.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or production issues to the shift supervisor promptly.
• Assist with other general production tasks as needed to support overall manufacturing goals.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
• Basic mechanical aptitude for operating and monitoring machinery.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Fluency in Spanish for communication and safety instructions.
