We are seeking dedicated and meticulous Kumato Pickers to join our harvest team for the upcoming season in Marbella. This essential role involves carefully hand-picking ripe Kumato tomatoes from the vine, ensuring their quality and integrity are maintained from the field to packaging. You will work outdoors in various weather conditions, contributing directly to the success of our specialty crop operations. Attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to quality are paramount.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Carefully hand-pick Kumato tomatoes at their optimal ripeness, following strict quality guidelines.
• Inspect picked produce for any damage, defects, or signs of disease.
• Sort and place harvested Kumatos into designated containers, ensuring proper handling to prevent bruising.
• Work efficiently and safely within a team to meet daily harvest targets.
• Adhere to all farm safety protocols and hygiene standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in the fields.

• Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, lifting light to moderate weights, and standing for extended periods.
