We are seeking a talented and motivated Urban Planner to join our dynamic team in Oliva, Valencia. This role requires proficiency in English to collaborate with international clients and project teams. The successful candidate will be involved in various stages of urban development projects, from initial concept to detailed planning and implementation. You will contribute to creating sustainable, resilient, and livable communities through innovative planning strategies and design solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects in a collaborative environment.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Conduct site analysis, research, and data collection to inform urban planning projects.
• Develop conceptual and detailed urban plans, including land use, transportation, and infrastructure strategies.
• Prepare planning reports, presentations, and technical documentation in English.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, environmental specialists, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local, regional, and national planning regulations and policies.
• Participate in public consultations and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Utilize GIS and CAD software for spatial analysis and plan generation.
• Contribute to master planning, zoning, and urban regeneration initiatives.
• Support project managers in project coordination and delivery.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Urban Planning, Regional Planning, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential for international project collaboration.
• Proven experience in urban planning or a related field.
• Strong understanding of urban design principles, land use planning, and sustainability concepts.
• Proficiency with GIS software (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS) and CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Prior experience working on projects in an international context.
• Knowledge of Spanish planning legislation and procedures.
• Experience with 3D modeling and visualization software (e.g., SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion).
• Membership in a recognized professional planning institution.
