Are you a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and a native-level command of English? HubSpot is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team in Jerez de la Frontera. In this role, you will be on the front lines of our sales process, identifying and engaging with potential customers, and qualifying leads for our Account Executives. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to launch or accelerate their career in technology sales, working with a world-class product and a supportive, high-performing team.
Responsabilidades Clave
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities (email, phone, social selling) to identify and engage with potential customers in English-speaking markets.
- Qualify inbound leads by understanding their business needs and identifying alignment with HubSpot's solutions.
- Effectively articulate HubSpot's value proposition and product benefits to prospects.
- Schedule qualified meetings and demonstrations for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and interactions in our CRM (HubSpot, of course!).
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to refine strategies and improve lead quality.
- Achieve and exceed monthly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation.
- Continuously learn about HubSpot's products, the industry, and sales best practices.

- Native-level proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong desire to work in sales and a passion for technology.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Cualificaciones Preferidas
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a sales, customer service, or client-facing role (e.g., retail, hospitality).
- Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Understanding of inbound methodology.
- Additional language skills (e.g., Spanish).
