As a Startup Incubator Manager at Lanzadera’s Innovation Hub, you will be at the forefront of identifying, nurturing, and accelerating high-potential startups. This role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for entrepreneurship, excellent mentorship skills, and a strong network within the startup ecosystem. You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of incubated companies, from selection to successful graduation, ensuring they receive the resources and guidance needed to thrive within our vibrant innovation community.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Scout, evaluate, and select promising startups for our incubation programs.
• Provide strategic mentorship and guidance to founders on business development, product market fit, funding strategies, and team building.
• Design and deliver workshops, training sessions, and networking events for portfolio companies.
• Connect startups with relevant mentors, investors, corporate partners, and service providers.
• Monitor startup progress, identify challenges, and facilitate solutions to accelerate growth.
• Manage program operations, including budgeting, scheduling, and reporting on key performance indicators.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive community within the innovation hub.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proven experience in startup incubation, acceleration, venture capital, or entrepreneurship.
• Strong understanding of startup methodologies (Lean Startup, Agile, Design Thinking).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to evaluate business plans, market opportunities, and team capabilities.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• MBA or Master's degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, or related field.
• Experience as a startup founder or early employee.
• Established network within the Spanish and European startup ecosystem.
• Experience with fundraising processes and investor relations.
