We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled NDT Technician with strong English communication skills to join our dynamic team in Mijas, Spain. As an NDT Technician, you will be responsible for performing various non-destructive testing methods on critical components and structures to ensure their integrity and compliance with industry standards. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret technical data and produce clear, concise reports in English for our international clients and project teams. You will work on a variety of projects, contributing to the safety and reliability of diverse industrial assets within a global leader in the TIC industry.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Perform NDT inspections using various methods, including Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Dye Penetrant Testing (PT), and Visual Inspection (VT).
• Interpret and evaluate test results according to applicable codes, standards, and specifications (e.g., EN, ASTM, ASME).
• Prepare detailed, accurate, and timely inspection reports in English for internal and external stakeholders.
• Operate and maintain NDT equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
• Adhere strictly to safety regulations, quality procedures, and company policies at all times.
• Collaborate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other technicians to ensure project success.
• Participate in ongoing training and certification programs to enhance NDT expertise and maintain professional qualifications.
• Communicate inspection findings and recommendations clearly and professionally to clients and internal teams in English.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an NDT Technician.
• Proven certification in at least two NDT methods (e.g., UT Level II, MT Level II, PT Level II) in accordance with EN ISO 9712 or equivalent.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal, for technical reporting and client communication.
• Strong understanding of NDT principles, techniques, and safety protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Additional NDT certifications (e.g., Eddy Current Testing (ET), Radiographic Testing (RT) Level II).
• Experience in the energy, aerospace, or manufacturing sectors.
• Proficiency in Spanish, both spoken and written.
• Relevant technical degree or diploma in engineering or a related field.
• Experience with advanced NDT techniques and automated inspection systems.
