We are seeking a skilled and passionate Jeweler / Goldsmith who is fluent in English to uphold our legacy of craftsmanship and customer excellence. This role is perfect for an individual with a keen eye for detail, a steady hand, and a genuine love for creating and restoring beautiful pieces of art. As a Jeweler / Goldsmith, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks from intricate repairs to bespoke creations, working with precious metals and gemstones. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality standards for all jewelry pieces and providing exceptional service to our diverse international clientele.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Perform precise jewelry repairs, resizing, cleaning, and polishing of gold, silver, and other precious metals.
• Execute custom jewelry design and creation based on client specifications and company standards.
• Set and unset gemstones securely, ensuring structural integrity and aesthetic appeal.
• Conduct quality control checks on all finished pieces to meet Tous’s exacting standards.
• Manage inventory of materials and tools, ensuring proper care and maintenance of workshop equipment.
• Collaborate with sales staff to understand customer needs and provide expert advice on jewelry care and customization.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proven expertise in goldsmithing and jewelry repair techniques, including soldering, filing, polishing, and stone setting.
• Proficiency in working with various precious metals (gold, silver, platinum) and gemstones.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with international clients and team members.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of precision in all tasks.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative approach to design and repair challenges.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Knowledge of jewelry industry best practices and safety standards.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Formal qualification or certification in jewelry making, goldsmithing, or a related field.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software for jewelry design.
