We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Chat Support Representative to join our 100% remote team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries through chat. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about helping others, possess excellent written communication skills, and thrive in a remote work environment. You will handle a variety of customer issues, ranging from product inquiries and technical assistance to order status and general support, all while ensuring a positive and efficient customer experience.

Responsabilidades Clave
