We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Textile Technologist to join our manufacturing team in Albacete. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the research, development, and improvement of textile processes and products. This role involves working closely with production, quality control, and R&D teams to optimize manufacturing efficiency, ensure product quality, and contribute to the innovation of our textile materials. You will be instrumental in analyzing material properties, troubleshooting production issues, and implementing new technologies to enhance our textile offerings.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Conduct research and development activities for new textile products and processes.
• Optimize existing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
• Perform material testing and analysis to ensure compliance with specifications and industry standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to textile production and machinery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Production, Quality Control) on project initiatives.
• Monitor and report on production performance, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations within the manufacturing environment.
• Prepare technical reports, specifications, and documentation for textile materials and processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in textile manufacturing.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Technology, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in textile manufacturing or R&D.
• Strong understanding of textile fibers, yarns, fabrics, and their manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in textile testing methods and equipment.
• Experience with quality control standards and process optimization techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Master's degree in Textile Science or a related discipline.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software for textile design or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of sustainable textile practices and materials.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
