Are you a passionate gamer with excellent communication skills? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping others? Ubisoft is looking for dedicated Gaming Support Agents to join our team in Malaga, Andalusia. In this shift-based role, you will be the first point of contact for our players, providing exceptional support and ensuring they have the best possible gaming experience. You will handle inquiries related to game issues, account management, technical problems, and general player queries across various Ubisoft titles. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global leader in the gaming industry and contribute to a vibrant player community.

Responsabilidades Clave

  • Provide professional and timely support to players via various channels (email, chat, phone).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve player issues related to game functionality, connectivity, and account management.
  • Escalate complex problems to senior support staff or relevant development teams when necessary.
  • Document all player interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date with new game releases, patches, and support policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve player experience and support processes.
  • Work rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as part of a 24/7 support operation.

Habilidades Requeridas

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency with computers and general office software.
  • Passion for video games and familiarity with various gaming platforms.
  • Adaptability to a shift-based work schedule.

  • Prior experience in customer support or a call center environment.
  • Knowledge of additional European languages (e.g., Spanish, French, German).
  • Familiarity with Ubisoft titles and services.
