We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Architectural Assistant to join our design team in Ronda, Spain. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience looking to kickstart their career in a vibrant international company. You will work alongside experienced architects and designers, contributing to a diverse range of projects from conceptualization to execution. Fluency in English is a key requirement, as you will be working in a multilingual environment.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Assist senior architects in all phases of project development, from concept design to construction documentation.
• Prepare architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentations using CAD and BIM software.
• Conduct research on building materials, regulations, and sustainable design practices.
• Support the team in preparing reports, specifications, and other project-related documents.
• Participate in site visits, meetings, and project coordination as required.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and drafting standards.
• Excellent visual and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Basic knowledge of Spanish is a plus, though not required.
• Familiarity with other design software such as SketchUp, Rhino, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with sustainable design concepts and certifications (e.g., LEED, BREEAM).
• Prior internship or practical experience in an architectural firm.
