In this crucial role, you will be instrumental in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing new business opportunities, directly impacting our sales pipeline. You’ll work closely with our sales executives, providing essential support to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process. Responsabilidades Clave

  • Proactively research and identify potential B2B leads through various channels including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, online directories, and industry reports.
  • Conduct initial outreach via email, phone, and social media to qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
  • Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their business needs and identify pain points that Salesforce solutions can address.
  • Accurately update and maintain prospect information and sales activities within our CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Schedule qualified meetings and demonstrations for Sales Executives, ensuring a seamless handover.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop targeted outreach strategies and improve lead conversion rates.
  • Assist in preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals as needed.
  • Continuously learn about Salesforce products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions.

Habilidades Requeridas

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Proven ability to articulate value propositions clearly and concisely.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, ideally Salesforce.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a results-driven attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with B2B sales processes and lead generation techniques.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a lead generation, sales development, or sales support role.
