Are you a passionate gamer with excellent communication skills in English? Do you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoy helping others? We are looking for a dedicated Gaming Support Agent to join our team in Valencia. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our players, providing exceptional support and resolving their inquiries related to our games and services. This is a shift-work position, ensuring 24/7 coverage for our global player base. Responsabilidades Clave

  • Provide high-quality customer support via various channels (chat, email, phone) to players globally.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical, billing, and gameplay-related issues efficiently.
  • Educate players on game features, policies, and best practices.
  • Accurately document all player interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and provide valuable player feedback.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all game titles, services, and support tools.
  • Adhere to shift schedules and performance metrics to ensure seamless support coverage and player satisfaction.

Habilidades Requeridas

  • Native-level fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Proven passion for video games and the gaming industry.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software and systems quickly.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support, especially in gaming.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) or similar ticketing systems.
  • Knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Spanish) is a plus.
  • Experience with various gaming platforms (PC, console, mobile).
