We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Pet Food Factory Workers. This role is crucial to the efficient operation of our production facility in El Carmen de Bolívar. You will be involved in various stages of pet food manufacturing, ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards. Responsabilidades Clave

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products.
• Perform quality checks on products at various stages of production.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to sanitation standards.
• Package and label finished pet food products.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Physical stamina to lift and move heavy bags (up to 25 kg) and stand for extended periods.
• Basic understanding of safety protocols in an industrial setting.
