We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Transport Planner to join our dynamic logistics team in Huesca, Aragón. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing transport routes, managing schedules, and ensuring the efficient flow of goods across our network. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in transport planning. As an English-speaking Transport Planner, you will also be key in coordinating with international partners and handling documentation for cross-border shipments. Responsabilidades Clave

• Plan and optimize daily transport routes for both domestic and international shipments to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any potential delays or issues.
• Liaise effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and manage all necessary transport documentation, including customs forms and international shipping manifests.
• Analyze transport data to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant transport regulations and company policies.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with English-speaking partners and clients regarding shipment status and requirements.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Minimum 3 years of experience in transport planning or logistics.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
