We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Financial Planner to join our dynamic Wealth Management team in Los Remedios, Seville. As a Financial Planner, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong client relationships, understanding their financial aspirations, and developing tailored strategies to help them grow and preserve their wealth. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of financial markets, investment products, retirement planning, and estate planning. You will work with a diverse client base, providing expert advice and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Conduct in-depth financial needs analysis for clients to understand their current financial situation, goals, and risk tolerance.
• Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, including investment strategies, retirement planning, education funding, and estate planning.
• Advise clients on a wide range of financial products and services, ensuring alignment with their long-term objectives.
• Regularly review and adjust client portfolios and financial plans based on market conditions and changes in client circumstances.
• Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
• Stay current with financial market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes relevant to wealth management.
• Collaborate with internal specialists (e.g., tax advisors, legal experts) to provide holistic financial solutions.
• Actively participate in business development initiatives to attract new clients and expand the wealth management portfolio.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning or wealth management.
• Proven track record of building and managing client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and wealth management strategies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficiency in financial planning software and CRM systems.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation or equivalent professional certification.
• Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Experience working with high-net-worth individuals.
• Fluency in English in addition to Spanish.
