We are seeking a dedicated and physically capable Dill Picker – Agricultural Hand to join our team in Partida Valles, Jávea. This essential role involves the careful harvesting, sorting, and preparation of fresh dill, ensuring it meets our rigorous quality standards. The ideal candidate will be passionate about agriculture, comfortable with manual labor in an outdoor environment, and possess a strong work ethic. You will be an integral part of our production cycle, directly contributing to the freshness and quality of our produce.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Execute precise manual harvesting of dill, ensuring optimal ripeness and quality.
• Sort and grade harvested dill according to company standards, removing any substandard produce.
• Carefully pack dill into designated containers for transport, minimizing damage.
• Assist with general farm maintenance tasks such as weeding, irrigation, and bed preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and farm supervisors to meet daily production targets.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions (sun, heat, occasional rain).
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality and minimize waste.

• Punctual and reliable.
