We are seeking a talented and passionate UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team in Roquetas de Mar. As a UX/UI Designer at Publicis Sapient, you will be instrumental in creating intuitive, engaging, and effective digital experiences for our diverse client base. You will work closely with strategists, researchers, developers, and project managers to translate complex requirements into elegant design solutions, from initial concept to final implementation. This role requires a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, excellent visual design skills, and the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations.
• Translate research findings into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for various platforms (web, mobile, applications).
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, and QA, throughout the entire product development lifecycle.
• Present design concepts and solutions to internal teams and clients, articulating the rationale behind design decisions.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and analytics data to continuously improve user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a solid understanding of UX principles and UI design best practices.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Ability to create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design choices clearly.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in UX/UI design.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Experience working in a digital agency or consultancy environment.
• Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to understand technical constraints.
• Experience with motion design or animation for UI.
• Understanding of agile development methodologies.
