We are seeking a passionate and certified Yoga / Pilates Instructor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and experienced in leading both Yoga and Pilates classes for a diverse range of clients, including expatriates and tourists. This role requires a dynamic instructor capable of creating engaging, safe, and effective sessions that cater to various skill levels. You will be instrumental in promoting a healthy lifestyle and building a strong, vibrant community within our centre. Responsabilidades Clave

• Design and lead engaging Yoga and Pilates classes, primarily in English, for groups of varying sizes and skill levels.
• Develop creative and safe class sequences that align with our studio's philosophy and client needs.
• Provide clear and concise verbal cues, demonstrations, and hands-on adjustments (when appropriate and consented) to ensure proper form and maximize client benefit.
• Maintain a positive, encouraging, and professional atmosphere in all classes.
• Offer modifications and progressions for exercises to accommodate individual client needs and limitations.
• Educate clients on proper breathing techniques, body mechanics, and the benefits of regular practice.
• Manage class attendance, ensure the studio space is clean, organized, and prepared for sessions.
• Engage with clients before and after classes to build rapport and address any questions or concerns.
• Participate in studio events, workshops, and team meetings as required.
• Stay current with industry trends, continuing education, and best practices in Yoga and Pilates.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Certified Yoga Instructor (RYT 200 or equivalent)
• Certified Pilates Instructor (Mat and/or Reformer)
• Fluency in English (C1/C2 level) for instruction.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching Yoga and Pilates classes.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching style to different client needs and levels.
• Professional, reliable, and punctual.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Additional certifications in specialized Yoga styles (e.g., Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative) or Pilates apparatus.
• Experience working with diverse international clientele.
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus but not required.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
