We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a dynamic team of software engineers focused on developing innovative solutions for our core platform services. In this role, you will be responsible for technical direction, team growth, project delivery, and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. You will work closely with product management, architects, and other engineering leaders to define roadmaps, execute on strategic initiatives, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and resilient software. This is a critical leadership position requiring a blend of technical expertise, strong communication skills, and a passion for mentoring and developing engineers.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers, fostering a high-performance and inclusive culture.
• Drive the technical strategy, architecture, and roadmap for key platform components.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide regular feedback, and support career development for team members.
• Promote best practices in software engineering, including agile methodologies, code reviews, and testing strategies.
• Act as a technical escalation point for complex issues and guide the team through problem-solving.

Habilidades Requeridas

• 5+ years of experience in software development with 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven experience leading and managing software engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable systems.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++, Go, Node.js).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architectures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
