We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Personal Trainer / Fitness Coach to join our dynamic team in Benidorm. This role is crucial for delivering exceptional fitness experiences to our diverse membership, with a particular focus on catering to our English-speaking clientele. You will be responsible for designing and implementing personalized training programs, conducting one-on-one and small group sessions, and providing expert guidance on exercise, nutrition, and wellness. Responsabilidades Clave

• Conduct initial fitness assessments and consultations for new and existing clients.
• Develop personalized and effective exercise programs tailored to individual client goals, fitness levels, and needs.
• Lead one-on-one and small group personal training sessions, ensuring proper form and technique.
• Provide ongoing motivation, support, and guidance to clients to help them stay on track.
• Educate clients on proper nutrition, healthy lifestyle choices, and injury prevention.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized training environment.
• Monitor client progress, adjust programs as necessary, and celebrate achievements.
• Actively promote personal training services and contribute to membership retention.
• Stay updated on the latest fitness trends, techniques, and health research.
• Communicate effectively with English-speaking members and build strong client relationships.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Certified Personal Trainer (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM, or equivalent recognized certification).
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and exercise science.
• Proven ability to design and implement effective workout programs.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• First Aid and CPR certification.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Previous experience as a Personal Trainer in a commercial gym setting.
• Additional certifications in specialized areas (e.g., strength and conditioning, corrective exercise, group fitness).
• Knowledge of Spanish is a plus, but not required.
• Experience working with diverse client populations.
