We are seeking an inspirational and visionary School Principal to lead The Ceuta International Academy. This pivotal leadership role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in educational leadership, curriculum development, and school management within an international school setting. Responsabilidades Clave

• Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for all academic and operational aspects of the school.
• Oversee the implementation and development of the international curriculum.
• Recruit, mentor, and evaluate faculty and staff, fostering a culture of professional growth.
• Ensure compliance with all educational regulations and accreditation standards.
• Manage school finances, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Cultivate a positive and inclusive school environment that promotes student well-being and success.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Strong pedagogical leadership and expertise in international curricula (e.g., IB, Cambridge, American).

• Fluency in English (native or near-native proficiency).

• Master's degree or higher in Educational Leadership, Administration, or a related field.
• Experience as a Principal or Vice-Principal in an international school for at least 5 years.
