We are seeking a talented and passionate Ceramicist / Potter to join our studio team in Benidorm. This exciting role offers the opportunity to create original ceramic pieces, contribute to artistic projects, and potentially engage with customers through workshops or bespoke commissions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong artistic vision, exceptional technical skills in various pottery techniques, and a dedication to producing high-quality work. You will be instrumental in bringing unique ceramic artistry to our renowned brand, enhancing our collection with handcrafted beauty.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Design and create original ceramic pieces, including tableware, decorative items, and sculptural forms.
• Operate and maintain pottery equipment, including wheels, kilns, and glazing tools.
• Prepare clay, glazes, and other raw materials.
• Manage the entire pottery process from conception to firing and finishing.
• Collaborate with design teams on special projects and custom orders.
• Ensure consistent quality and adherence to artistic standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe studio environment.
• Potentially conduct workshops or demonstrations for customers (optional, based on interest and skill).

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proficiency in various pottery techniques (e.g., wheel-throwing, hand-building, sculpting).
• Strong understanding of clay types, glazing, and firing processes.
• Demonstrated artistic talent and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving skills related to ceramic production.
• Knowledge of health and safety protocols in a studio setting.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Formal education or certification in Ceramics, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• A compelling portfolio showcasing a range of ceramic work.
• Experience with different kiln types and firing schedules (e.g., electric, gas, raku).
• Familiarity with Spanish artisan traditions and contemporary ceramic trends.
• Experience in teaching or leading creative workshops.
