Responsabilidades Clave

• Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and throughout their stay, providing information and support.
• Organize and lead a variety of entertainment activities for guests of all ages, including games, sports, and evening shows.
• Promote and sell excursions and other resort services, ensuring guests have access to the best experiences.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and resolve any issues efficiently and professionally.
• Collaborate with hotel staff and local partners to deliver seamless holiday experiences.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge about the resort, local area, and TUI offerings.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of guests during all activities and interactions.
• Assist with administrative tasks and reporting as required by resort management.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages (especially Spanish or German) are highly advantageous.
• Strong customer service orientation and a positive, outgoing personality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
• Enthusiasm and a passion for engaging with people.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, typical of a resort environment.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or entertainment roles.
• Knowledge of the local area or culture (Valencia, Spain).
• Experience working with diverse age groups (children, teens, adults).
• First Aid certification is a plus.
