We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead our information security strategy and operations in Seville. The CISO will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the enterprise vision, strategy, and program to ensure information assets and technologies are adequately protected. This leadership role demands a deep understanding of information security risks, compliance requirements, and emerging threats, coupled with strong communication and strategic planning skills.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Develop and implement a comprehensive information security strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and management of security systems and protocols.
• Lead incident response planning and management, ensuring timely and effective resolution of security breaches.
• Establish and enforce information security policies, standards, and guidelines across the organization.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, NIS Directive).
• Manage and mentor a team of security professionals, fostering a culture of security awareness.
• Advise senior management on information security risks, priorities, and investments.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and IT departments to ensure a cohesive approach to data protection and privacy.
• Stay abreast of the latest security threats, technologies, and industry best practices.

Habilidades Requeridas

• 10+ years of experience in information security, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience developing and implementing information security strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT).
• Strong understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage complex security incidents and crises.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC.
• Experience in the telecommunications or a similarly regulated industry.
• Familiarity with cloud security architectures (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
