We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Venture Capital Associate to join our investment team in Salou. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to play a crucial role in identifying, evaluating, and supporting promising startups. The Associate will be involved in all aspects of the investment lifecycle, from deal sourcing and due diligence to portfolio management and exit strategies. You will work closely with senior investment professionals, entrepreneurs, and industry experts, gaining invaluable experience in the fast-paced world of venture capital.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Source and screen potential investment opportunities through market research, networking, and direct outreach.
• Conduct thorough due diligence, including financial modeling, market analysis, competitive landscape assessment, and management team evaluations.
• Prepare detailed investment memos and presentations for the investment committee.
• Assist in the negotiation and structuring of investment deals.
• Monitor performance of portfolio companies, providing strategic support and analysis.
• Develop and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, co-investors, and other stakeholders in the startup ecosystem.
• Contribute to market research reports and thought leadership initiatives.
• Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or a relevant role within a high-growth startup.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Demonstrated passion for technology, innovation, and the startup ecosystem.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, self-starter with a strong work ethic and intellectual curiosity.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
