We are seeking a talented and passionate Backend Engineer with expertise in Node.js and Python to join our innovative team in Salamanca, Spain. Responsabilidades Clave

• Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable and reliable backend services using Node.js and Python.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define and implement new features.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality and adherence to architectural standards.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
• Mentor junior developers and share knowledge within the team.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Strong proficiency in Node.js and Python development.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL).
• Familiarity with RESTful API design and development.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with messaging queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
