We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented IT Recruiter / Talent Sourcer to join our dynamic International Team based in Barcelona. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier IT talent from across various international markets. You will partner closely with hiring managers and lead generation teams to understand complex technical requirements, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and build robust talent pipelines for critical IT roles. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about international recruitment, technology, and making a significant impact on our global operations.

Responsabilidades Clave

  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify passive and active IT candidates across international markets.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing tools and platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and motivation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive and engaging experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to deeply understand job requirements and team needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from initial contact to offer presentation for assigned roles.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor activities in the IT talent space.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and foster a diverse and inclusive candidate pool.

Habilidades Requeridas

  • 1+ year of experience in IT recruitment or talent sourcing, preferably within an agency or international corporate environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing IT professionals (e.g., Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Scientists, Cloud Architects).
  • Proficiency with various sourcing techniques and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) like Workday, Greenhouse, or Taleo.
  • Additional language skills (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Italian) are a significant advantage.
  • Experience working with international teams or recruiting for roles in multiple countries.
  • A passion for technology and understanding of various IT domains and roles.
