We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Language School Manager to oversee the daily operations and strategic development of our Wall Street English center in Valencia, specifically within the vibrant Cabanyal district. This pivotal role requires a strong leader with a passion for education, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in managing teams and achieving business objectives in a language learning context. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards of educational delivery, student satisfaction, staff performance, and center profitability.
Responsabilidades Clave
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the language center, including staff scheduling, resource allocation, and facility maintenance.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of English teachers, student advisors, and administrative staff.
- Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality English language instruction and an exceptional student experience.
- Monitor and manage student progress, attendance, and satisfaction, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Oversee enrollment processes, student support services, and community engagement initiatives.
- Develop and implement local marketing and sales strategies in collaboration with regional management to achieve enrollment targets.
- Manage the center's budget, financial reporting, and administrative compliance.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for students and a productive work environment for staff.
- Handle student and staff queries, feedback, and conflict resolution professionally.
- Ensure adherence to Wall Street English global standards and local regulatory requirements.
Habilidades Requeridas
- Fluent in English (C2 level or native equivalent).
- Proven management experience in an educational or customer service environment.
- Strong leadership, team building, and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
- Demonstrated financial acumen and experience with budget management.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Cualificaciones Preferidas
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience specifically within a language school setting.
- Knowledge of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
- Prior experience living or working abroad.
- Fluency in Spanish is a strong asset.
