We are seeking a talented and passionate Remote UX Designer to join our dynamic Digital Experience team. This role is crucial for shaping intuitive and engaging user experiences across a variety of digital products and platforms. You will be responsible for conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to deliver innovative solutions that meet both user needs and business objectives. Responsabilidades Clave

• Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations.
• Translate research findings and business requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Collaborate with product managers and development teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Design and iterate on user interfaces, ensuring consistency with design systems and brand guidelines.
• Present and articulate design decisions to stakeholders, gather feedback, and incorporate it into design iterations.
• Participate in design critiques and contribute to the continuous improvement of our design processes and tools.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design.

Habilidades Requeridas

• 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design or a related field.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Ability to create compelling wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes.
• Experience conducting and analyzing user research.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX design projects.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Experience with design systems implementation and maintenance.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to better communicate with engineers.
• Experience working in a remote team environment.
