Join the Amazon team as a Last Mile Delivery Associate in Palma de Mallorca, leveraging your own vehicle to deliver packages directly to our customers. You will be an independent, customer-focused individual responsible for navigating local routes, handling packages with care, and providing a friendly face for Amazon. Responsabilidades Clave

• Safely and efficiently deliver a variety of packages to residential and business customers on assigned routes in Palma de Mallorca and surrounding areas.
• Utilize a personal vehicle (car, van, or large motorcycle suitable for package delivery) to complete daily routes.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Scan and log packages accurately using Amazon's delivery app and handheld devices.
• Provide exceptional customer service, including clear communication and problem-solving if delivery issues arise.
• Manage delivery schedule and prioritize tasks to meet delivery deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle suitable for package transport.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation.
• Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Valid EU driving license (B category or equivalent) with a clean driving record.
• Access to a reliable, roadworthy vehicle capable of safely transporting packages (car, van, or large motorcycle) with appropriate insurance.
• Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and move frequently.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with smartphone navigation and delivery applications.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
