We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Guitar String Winder to join our vibrant music instrument factory team in Tarifa. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals with excellent manual dexterity and a keen eye for detail, even without prior experience in string winding. You will be instrumental in the final stages of guitar production, ensuring each instrument is perfectly strung and ready for our customers. This role requires precision, consistency, and a passion for quality that aligns with Fender’s legacy of excellence.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Accurately wind strings onto guitar tuning machines according to specific instrument models and string gauges.
• Perform initial quality checks on string tension, alignment, and absence of defects.
• Prepare guitars for further assembly or final inspection by ensuring proper string setup.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Monitor string inventory and report needs to supervisors to ensure continuous production flow.
• Collaborate with assembly and quality control teams to optimize workflow and resolve issues.
• Assist with other light assembly or preparation tasks as needed within the production line.
