We are looking for a talented and passionate 3D Artist / Animator to join our creative team in Valencia. In this role, you will be instrumental in bringing characters, environments, and assets to life for various exciting game projects. You will work closely with designers and other artists to ensure visual consistency and high-quality animation that aligns with the project’s artistic vision and technical specifications. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled individual to contribute to acclaimed titles within a dynamic and collaborative studio environment.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Create high-quality 3D models, textures, and materials for characters, props, and environments based on concept art and design specifications.
• Develop and implement engaging 3D animations for characters, creatures, and objects, ensuring smooth movement and expressive performances.
• Collaborate with art directors, game designers, and other artists to maintain artistic consistency and project quality.
• Optimize 3D assets and animations for real-time game engines, considering performance and memory constraints.
• Participate in visual development and prototyping to explore new artistic styles and animation techniques.
• Provide feedback and contribute to the improvement of art pipelines and workflows.
• Debug and troubleshoot art-related issues in-engine, working alongside technical artists and programmers.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proficiency in industry-standard 3D software (e.g., Autodesk Maya, Blender, 3ds Max).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional 3D modeling, texturing, and animation skills.
• Solid understanding of anatomy, kinematics, and realistic motion principles.
• Experience with PBR (Physically Based Rendering) workflows.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented studio environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to take constructive feedback.
• Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Bachelor's degree in Animation, Game Art, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Experience with game engines such as Unreal Engine or Unity.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, MEL) for pipeline tools.
• Experience with motion capture data cleanup and integration.
• Familiarity with ZBrush or Substance Painter/Designer.
